This is an alternative music player that gives your local music library the focus and spotlight it deserves, instead of being tucked away behind cloud content or advertisements in Xbox Music. Originally started as a more simple way to search for local music tracks by name, the second version of Find My Music has evolved into a full fledge player experience including an internal favorites system, various innovative live tiles designs and an extended browsing mechanism to list and view your local collection! Of course, searching is still in there and it is faster and more efficient than ever. Search for any combination of keywords and this app will nearly instantaneous find the songs, albums and artists you were looking for.

Find My Music Too has been redesigned and built from the ground up for Windows Phone 8, allowing for faster performance and optimal usage of 720p resolutions. We also took the opportunity to reconsider every single screen and feature, resulting in a brand new experience, both visually and feature wise.

It doesn’t stop here! Find My Music Too is still very much in development, we have many more feature planned and of course every feedback is as welcome as ever!

Features:

- Browser your collection and view album, song, genre and album details that are not available via the regular Xbox Music app, such as artist appearing on an album or a list of songs per artist.

- Choose from a variety of live tiles to show off on your Start Screen, including statistics about your collection, a collage of album artworks and the most played songs

- We use our own internal favorites system, replacing the hearts from Zune and the early versions of Xbox Music. This system is more flexible, allowing you to favorite any song, artist, album or genre.

- Nearly instantaneous search results thanks to a smart indexing system. This system refreshes itself in the background and will never bother you after the initial setup.
