Putting Fish First helps put sustainable seafood on your dinner table for years to come.

I care about the state of fishing in the world's oceans and I am sure you do as well. And I am a seafood lover. This app gives you good current information of the state of the various fish stocks worldwide. Using the Choices section you can see if a fish at your store is on the good to eat, under some caution or best avoided list based on the strength of the fish stock.

Over 70 of the major fish in the oceans are show in rich detail that includes pictures, overview of the state of the fish stock and the science related to population health.

The app contain a series of videos put out NOAA - these updated on a regular basis. Additionally a changing list of good web feeds are also available.

This app also lets you start up a chat with other app users if you confirm you are over 13yrs of age.

Take this companion app with you as you select and enjoy great seafood.

While you may have to pay for the seafood the app is free - ENJOY.
