FitnessDROID is your personal fitness trainer. Doing exercises in the Gym or at home you can:
- Lose weight in 60 days, exercising 3 times a week.
- Keep yourself in shape, exercising 2 times a week.
- Build muscles in 60 days, exercising for 3 times a week.
The program does not establish a fixed schedule for exercises, you can manually choose the best time for you to exercise, but we highly recommend you adhere to the schedule set forth above.
How does this work?
You submit your gender, purpose and place for exercises, and FitnessDROID generates the exercise program for you (with photos, instructions and tips), in which you'll do. For example: A Man, Lose Weight, At Home. At the time of generating, the program shows you a list of exercises.
The only thing you need to do is to follow the instructions of your personal fitness trainer FitnessDROID and fix exercises that had been executed in order to check the progress during the next workout.
