Only 5 related Permissions:

- CAMERA; Provides access to torch light on/off if supported on device.

- READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_PHONE_STATE; To save and restore the last mode used.

- WAKE_LOCK; Prevents the device from sleeping to keep light on when selected.

Extremely simple to Use:

- Launch the app and torch lights, then press anywhere on screen to select other mode(s).

- Press the lock in upper right corner to keep the mode you select.

- Press home or power-off to keep in the background and later instantly light when you need it quickly.
