Flaunt Fitness, LLC, formerly Poise Dance Studio, is Owned by Lauren “Pinki” Schiavo. Lauren began taking pole dance lessons at Poise Dance Studio in August 2005. A year later she became an Instructor and shortly after partnered up with Poise Owner, Jamie Capaldi. Not soon after, Jamie decided it was time to leave the business in Lauren’s hands. After 5 years of business “Poise Dance Studio” closed, however, Flaunt Fitness was opened in its place by Lauren.As the previous Co-Owner of Poise Dance Studio, Lauren opened Flaunt Fitness to offer more classes, workshops and fitness products to women of all ages, shapes and sizes.
