In order to use this product you must first download Foster Parent Assistant. Foster Parent Financial Assistant adds appointment tracking to the Foster Parent Assistant application. Foster parents are constantly taking their foster children to appointments (with social workers, doctors, attorneys, etc). By using Foster Parent Appointment Assistant, parents can keep their foster parent related appointments all in one handy location. This appliction interfaces with the main Foster Parent Assistant application. This provides parents with access to the names of their foster children when working in the appointment assistant.

Features:

-Add appointments (one time or recurring appointments)

-Update information for existing appointments

-Cancel appointments (complete with a cancellation reason)

-Reschedule appointments

-Copy appointments (this provides parents with a quick way to create a new appointment for someone they've met with before)

-Add notes for the appointment. There are two kinds of notes. There are notes entered before an appointment and notes entered after an appointment. Enter notes after the appointment to provide a record of information discussed at the appointment. These "after" notes can also be posted back to Foster Parent Assistant in the form of either conversations or notes (it is the foster parent's choice)

-Search appointments based upon who they are with

-View appointment details and appointment notes in a quick dialog format

-Call the appointment contact person with one press

In addition to these features, for users of Ice Cream Sandwich and later versions of Android, appointments added in Appointment Assistant will automatically be added to the device's default calendar as well.
