Next to each exercise you can see the length of this exercise, recommended by the certified personal trainer.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT the length of the instructions videos for each exercise. The instruction videos take between 30 seconds and 2,5 minutes.

The pre-configured stretches workout include 14 exercises.
