Does the idea of flying cause you anxiety? Must you take a pill to even make the reservation? Does your heart race with every bump? You have made the decision to be free to fly again. You can connect naturally to enjoy the journey now. First you see it and then you do it.

This session of Hypnosis, Imagery & NLP is a gentle and safe session to release the fear of flying and connect with your willingness, your inner strength and determination to be free to fly now. You are committed.

You need to travel and flying is the way you choose to travel by yourself or with family or friends. In this journey, you will connect with natural resources, like the Breath of Relaxation to leave the anxiety behind. You will couple this with your anchor as you relax naturally to release stress. Simply listen, relax and enjoy.

Let's begin now. Where would you like to fly? If you had the freedom to travel again, where would you go? Would you go with family, friends, a tour group or alone?

As you practice this process daily, you will become aware of a shift, a connection with your conscious and subconscious reality of safety, calm and peace while enjoying travel and flying.

Practice once a day, in a safe and comfortable location, until you feel a connection. Trust in yourself. Trust that when the time is right, you will make the shift, the connection for what you need. Your mind is brilliant and will find the way, the path that is right and safe for you. When will you find the willingness to make that reservation?

1. The Breath of Relaxation (while Progressively Relaxing)

2. How to use an Anchor (what it is & your personal anchor)

You can do this as you place your hands together & lace your fingers or rub your thumb and index finger together

3. How to tie in your anchor with the breath of relaxation.

4. Connecting with awareness of Relaxation and releasing Anxiety

You can do this anytime of day or night you choose. With practice, you will automatically connect as the relaxation flows through your body. Use this to center yourself before your next flight to release stress and relieve anxiety. You could also practice this relaxation to drift into peaceful sleep.

This technique focuses awareness on your breathing to reduce the damaging effects of our natural fight or flight hormones flooding your body automatically when it thinks you are in danger. These hormones include adrenaline and noradrenalin to increase your heart rate and blood pressure. With each long, deliberate inhale and exhale, your mind and body relaxes to break the anxiety train of thought. It secretes fewer stress hormones and more nitric oxide to open up the blood vessels. Your blood pressure lowers a bit and your metabolism slows down.
