Version 1 of the un-official FreshDesk for Windows Phone 8.
Now from your phone you can see customers, contacts, and tickets.
When viewing the ticket detail you can see all ticket notes, add new notes to the ticket and even add tracked time to your note.
The Trial version is limited to 10 Customers, Contacts and Tickets. The full version has NO limitations.
