To make accessing information and remote overrides simple the Gallagher Command Centre mobile app introduces a whole new way of interacting with the Gallagher Command Centre solution.The app will allow guards to become more mobile and spend more time out on patrol while still maintaining awareness of what is happening on site.It allows guards to manage alarms and perform common overrides using their iOS device while away from their desk. A guard out of the control room will be able to view all relevant alarms raised and have the ability to acknowledge and process the alarm as well as add additional notes as required. Guards will be able to monitor the status of Access Zones, Alarm Zones, Fence Zones and Doors, and will have the ability to override the status of these items. In addition, the guard will also be able to trigger macros that have been defined in the system.Responding to open door requests will no longer be a problem as this can be done from anywhere without the person requesting access having to wait for the guard to return to base.For sites with manned control rooms, the Command Centre application allows guards attending incidents to access relevant details remotely and easily add notes regarding the alert that will automatically be visible to those in the control room.
