In 2002, Gary Watson, CCIM joined EXIT Realty NFI as President of the newly formed Commercial Division. Gary brings 37 years of commercial real estate experience in the Santa Rosa, Escambia, Okaloosa and Walton counties Florida. Baldwin, Mobile and Escambia counties, Alabama and throughout the Southeast to the EXIT Realty NFI organization. Gary was joined in 2008 by Robin Verge, CCIM, a broker-associate with over 21 years of experience in the Northwest Florida commercial and investment real estate market. Robin has earned an extensive knowledge of sales, leasing and property management, and has performed consulting duties for various corporate and governmental clients. In March 2012, Adrian Hammond joined the team. Adrian brings 43 years experience specializing in land sales. In additional to land sales he has extensive experience with leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial properties.The team represents over 100 years of combined experience in commercial and investment real estate, corporate asset management, property management, real estate development, sales, leasing and target marketing. All of these assets are focused on meeting our Clients' and Customers' needs.
