Geo Notes solves this problem!
It allows to create, edit and delete notes.
Furthermore, you can add alarm (reminder) or geo alarm. You simply point a place on map where your note should be reminded and save it.
Then every 30 minutes this app checks if there is any nearby note to alarm!
You can adjust what radius that launches geoalarm.
Every note can also be pinned to main phone menu.
Moreover Geo Notes looks really cool and clean. It is designed in Windows Phone 7 Metro UI style so it looks like native system application.
