Many people are claiming the backgrounds do not work... Other say it's just fine. I have tested this on several devices and can't replicate it. THIS IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED. If you have trouble, I am sorry.

I couldn't find any Doctor Who themes for GoSMS so I thought I could create my own. This is my first theme for GoSMS so please be kind. I want as much positive feed back as I can get so I can make this better. I may make different themes in the future, but for now I plan to just modify this one as I get good suggestions.
