Use an attentional-retraining task that may reduce anxiety.According to some recent studies, people who experience anxiety may have an attentional bias towards threat-relevant information. You may be able to reduce social anxiety by learning to correct attentional bias. This application implements a dot-probe retraining task that may improve attentional bias towards threat.You will be flashed two stimuli, and prompted to respond to one of them. You will periodically be given feedback (though this is simply to make it a little more interesting). It's pretty simple really.
