The Grafton Medical History Dublin App created for Grafton Medical Practice, in Dublin, Ireland, is helping people feel more secure. The new app was created by madebyjohann.com and makes it simple to keep track of medical records, medications and procedures, from the convenience of a smart phone.

All information is kept on the mobile phone for easy access with or without an internet connection. The app is the first of its kind in Ireland and has already been downloaded more than 400 times.
