After many years spent racing professionally, and spending enormous amounts of money doing so, I decided to focus on getting back to the basics of what mountain biking really is. For me at least, this means finding epic trail rides that are challenging, scenic and most importantly fun!Also you'll find some race course information for various events such as the Vapor Trail 125 mile Ultra Endurance race in Salida, CO.This app allows me to share these adventures with friends and anyone else that is looking for a good time in the backcountry! Current Locations and guided rides include:Durango, Colorado: Multiple high country ridesFruita, Colorado: Horse Thief bench and all area trailsGrand Junction, Colorado: Lunch Loops and all area trailsPalisade, Colorado: All area trailsSalida, Colorado: Monarch Crest trailTelluride, Colorado: Multiple high country ridesSedona, Arizona: All area trailsI will keep the above list up to date, please don't download this app if you are not looking to ride in the listed locations, it will not be of any use to you!Trail routes and maps will work without a data connection provided you pre-load them to the map before you go. The app will cache the image data from the map if you pan around and view the extent of the routes beforehand. This app does not record your trip meaning there is no constant GPS use. It only locates you when you have the app open and your phone on. This means you are not needlessly wasting your battery life.
