Gulab is a simple and easy to use application. It is the first Afghan Entertainment Application, it offers HD full length Afghan movies and clear and mast songs from hundreds of your Afghan Artists. Gulab was created so you can take pieces of Afghanistan's beautiful cultural aspects and have it be made into one application. Gulab will always be on top of adding new songs and artists. Gulab was created in 2010 as a beta test for iOS, Android and Windows and had over 1,000 downloads and active users. I made Gulab because I wanted to listen to Afghan Music while on the go. Burning Cd’s with maximum of sixteen songs wasn’t a good choice while traveling. I was also annoyed, really annoyed with how our fellow Afghans bring a song for your but with an annoying computerized sound that says: “this song has been downloaded from such and such website” or the name of their website. It just didn’t make since because they are not even the true copyright holder, yet the claim to be. After a years worth of work, development and continuous effort; Gulab is finally available on a Mobile Market. We decided to launch Gulab on the Android Play Store because there was no application like it's kind available for Afghan Entertainment.
