Venture into a sport where gumball characters compete against each other chasing gingerbread men in a series of matches. The object of each match is to catch and eat more gingerbread men than your computer-controlled opponent.

The game begins with the selection and naming of your gumball character. Once you have a gumball character, you will compete in a series of season matches to attempt playoff qualification. All of the gumballs have different characteristics and abilities. You will encounter some of the tougher gumballs during the season qualifiers, but only the tough gumballs make the playoffs.

During the matches, you earn points for every gingerbread man that you eat and the points triple in the playoffs. The points can be used in the full version to purchase more weapons or to improve your gumball’s abilities through the purchase of vitamins.

Throwing gingerbread men at your opponents or employing weapons can prevent them from catching gingerbread men. The weapons consist of bombs and a gun that shoots molasses goo. But wait, the gumball opponents can do the same to you, so watch out!
