Read tutorials about performing a activity
2.WORKOUT
Before entering data, choose activity that you enjoy and use the app towards a goal(Ex. Pushups for next few
weeks)
Type the workout name that you are going to perform (Ex. Pushups)
Enter values for the workout you performed and click submit (Max. 5)
Use the timer to take rest between workouts(Optional)
3. GRAPH & RECORDS:
Track your progress for a particular activity (Pushpups) for a period of time
