Created for residential and commercial swimming pool service professionals, the Hayward H2Operator app is an easy-to-use mobile app for pool service technicians to manage and track customers and all service/repair jobs performed. Information is stored, organized and tracked for easy access. Reports can be generated to show history of service/repair activities, expense information, shopping lists, chemical dosage, water balance, etc –all of which can be exported to an excel spreadsheet. The app allows service technicians to email office retail staff and/or customers regarding billing charges. Intended users of this app include residential and commercial swimming pool and spa service technicians. This app is not currently available through any other provider or service. The mobile nature of the app makes it convenient for the service technicians to access information. After the initial free subscription period, the user can use the in-app purchase to continue their subscription. Subscriptions can be renewed in monthly or yearly increments at a cost of $15.95 per month or $159.95 per year. The subscription gives the user access to the latest industry news and information. The subscription fee for each iTunes account allows the subscription to be shared on all devices registered to the same iTunes account. There are no additional charges for mobile access of any information. Any updates to the app are provided free of charge. There are no paid upgrade options outside of this app.
