This is Harvard Debate Council (HDC) USA and National Forensic League (NFL) USA members-only debate study U-learning (Ubiquitous based Learning Management System) application.

Main functions of uLMS application

1.Watching real time video lecture (limited in a 3G environment)

2.Study contents such as learning goals, material summarization, quiz and etc.

3.Log-in information as well as administration of the study progress

4.Checking and administration of illegitimate learners

5.Stimulation and administration of weak learners
