The HFCBeatBullying app is the brainchild of the non-profit institution “Hope For Children” UNCRC Policy Center in Cyprus and is sponsored by Cytamobile-Vodafone in Cyprus.

The European Child Helpline 116111 currently operates in 23 EU countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
