* Notifications on new things. By default these only show if you're in Wellington.

* Pie list.

* Notifications to your Pebble smartwatch if you have one.

In time this will allow ratings and reviews.

Permissions:

* Location: so that it can only send you notifications if you're near Hashigo Zake

* Full Internet access: needed to download the menu data

* Prevent phone from sleeping: needed to process the message that notifies the phone when the menu has been updated

* Get accounts: a Google account is needed to receive notifications
