The Healthy U 5&1 Experiment helps kids 6-12 discover just how fun and easy healthy eating and active living can be, while helping them get at least five servings of vegetables and fruit and one hour of activity each day.

Participating is easy; all you need to do is create an online profile. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive new experiment ideas each day and earn points and badges for each experiment you complete.
