HelpMe! is a handy app in cases when personal security is an issue.

Imagine when walking down a dark alley that looks unsafe, how can you call for help in the case of an emergency without endangering your life? Using HelpMe! it's simple, Just start the app and keep holding on the large "HOLD" button till you are somewhere safe. In the event of some emergency situation, all you have to do is take your hand off the button and within 5 seconds a call is made to a set contact as well as a text message, sent to your primary contact with your gps coordinates. No network? The call is then made to 911.

HelpMe! also provides an anti-theft feature-if your phone is stolen or lost, just send an SMS to your number with the keyword you chose(default value is "HELPME_START") and the phone's location will be sent back as SMS to the number! Awesome, right?

NOTE: Due to latest android restrictions, calls to 911 cannot be directly made, it can only be dialed. The user has to click on the call button for the call to go through.
