You start with enlarging Ben 10's nostrils so that you can see better the problems he is dealing with. After you made a diagnostic you start treating the problems, like killing the germs with an antimicrobial spray and clean the nose with sterile tissue. Have lots of fun fixing Ben 10's nose problems!
