Update log 11th February 2014 :-

* Added the shubh vivah muhurats in the "all categories" for each month throughout the year.

*Added Tamil festivals such as Karadaiyan Nombu, Panguni Uthiram, Vaikasi Visakam, Puthandu etc.

*Also both types of months (amavasyant and purnimant) will be visible for each day (as some people were having confusion if the month given is wrong)

*Information and pooja timings for hindu festivals like Maha Shivratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, Karwa Chauth, Ahoi Ashtami, Janmashtami etc. being added.

* Vrats and Upwas dates and timings being added for Ekadashi fasting, Sawan Somvar Vrats, Pradosham Vrats and Sankashti Chaturthi.

*Information about Satyanarayana Pooja and Shraddha dates being added.

This Hindu Calendar app in Windows phone store will work completely offline, i.e. no internet connection will be required to access all of its features.

It will provide the

-> tithi

-> paksha

-> hindu month

for each day of the year 2014 along with the festival (if any) on that day.

It will also provide the complete month view for each month of the year 2014, just click on the day from your Gregorian/English Calendar and it will show the Hindu tithi, paksha and month subsequent to that day.

Some additional features are :-

1. List of all Indian Holidays in the year 2014.

2. List of all Amavasayas and Poornimas in 2014.

3. Diwali Pooja timings. (location is New Delhi, India by default)

4. Holika Dahan Timings.

5. Raksha Bandhan Timings for tieing rakhi.
