The full version of this user friendly App contains a complete season of practice plans (40+) for 4 age groups (Novice, Atom, Pee Wee, and Bantam). That's over 170 skill station based practice plans for busy and new hockey coaches. Each practice follows a curriculum and consists of 3 power skating stations, 3 puck skill stations, a team tactic drill and a small area game. The App also includes a skills curriculum chart, positional descriptions, and tactical descriptions for faceoffs, breakouts, and more.
