About a characteristic of this application

we found some bugs in EMA.

we are repairing now.

You can use only EMA windows version with pop mail server without SSL, sorry.

This is a report application for home-visit (nursing) care.

Most inputs are only choice some items.

and You can change all of work names.

Please download 'G-mail' application before using this app.

This application send e-mail with your input data.

Your PC can receive it and update ACCESS database.(download 'EMA' from our website, and launch it.)

Please use this application with 'EMA2.0'.(You can download PC's application from our web page.)

Please only Administrator of PC install and use EMA and accdb.

Please download a zip file from this.

when you touch green buttons, you move to other page.

when you touch 'Date', 'Time' lavel, it makes picker up.

when you touch 'UserNo', 'UserName' or 'Address' lavel, you can choose input data from last 15 input.

it takes a signature image as a jpeg format, and this image is sended with input data.

'EMA' receive only This applications e-mail, and update accdb.

There is one Report form in 'Report2.0.accdb'.

'EMA(Free)' can receive e-mail from only one person.
