A tenant (or landlord) simply adds a property to the app, recording information such as Rent and Deposit amounts and then add rooms and items to the property to create an inventory list.You can include photos of items and add comments on their condition. This can then be exported to single document which can be emailed to the landlord or tenant and used as an agreed record of condition at the start of the tenancy.
