Huntsman Event Planner The Huntsman Event Planner is specially conceived to enable visitors to better prepare their visit and to give Huntsman the opportunity to inform their customers as flexible as possible. The application is built with the utmost flexibility in mind and consists of 2 major parts. The first part is a website, build to configure and organize all communication. All messages can be linked or not to an iBeacon and can be simple text messages or hyperlinks that direct visitors to the respectable (mini)-websites. The second part is the application on the mobile device. This application enables Huntsman to communicate and send messages to the user of the Huntsman Event Planner. The message can be looked at from a full screen and will be displayed in sequence of publishing order. iBeacons are used, when needed, to enable messages to be linked to local actions or displays. These messages will only be displayed on the Huntsman Event Planner when the visitor is close to the targeted location.
