A Live wallpaper with basic requirements, and ICE (In Case of Emergency) information that is visible on all screens including the lock screen.
I created this to not require any live connection, which is why it is a paid app. I have used it on a Droid Maxx HD and a Toshiba tablet.
I plan to add some more basic live wallpaper animations as time goes on. Mostly limited to the minimum requirements of API level 2.1
There are some settings for background colors, font size of ICE information, and a few wallpaper settings.
The last wavy type screen is an experimental old school plasma demo. It is a bit slow ATM, but it is being worked on.
