IEM Calcutta android application is an initiative by few past students of the Institute of Engineering and Management to improve the mobile experience of its students. The Application is designed to provide all information regarding Events, admission, departments, placements etc to the students.
The IEM Calcutta android app has following features
1. "Easy" access to college notifications
2. 'Shout' feature to connect to all iem students
3. Easy Access to Website
"Shout" : The app has an unique feature called 'SHOUT' using which any app user can submit any information and which will be displayed to each and every user of the app in the 'ShoutBOX' Section of the app. This feature can be used to share any kind of information with other students.
