IO Web Usb is an application to convert your android to modem for arduino with usb connection.

Tether for arduino! You need add to arduino board the usb shield.Use power supply 9Volt,1,5-2A or battery 9Volt.

You need a web server and upload some files (HTML,PHP) but you could use mine web server.The default url for read data is into my web server (http://www.power7.net/LEDstate.txt).If you have ethernet card with sd card cou can create via DynDns your web server.You must put inside another html and php file.
