Welcome to the scripts of the change management lectures in IP at the TEC faculty!

Together we start managing the change. You will be working as international project engineers in Germany, in Europe or worldwide. Change is and will be your daily business. Change in technology and resulting change in organisations. You are the change managers. The future depends on your change management knowledge.

I invite you to learn about change management in order to do it right, right from the beginning. Let‘s together discover the dimensions of change!

We will discover very human emotions of change, some models of change from the literature, some ingredients to make change work successfully, the tasks of the change manager, the power of communication and information. The importance of motivation, persuasion, giving example for fellow employees. We will have a look at leadership, vision, communication and company culture.

AND: Be prepared to successfully handle a change project in your company (often junior staff is welcome to do the job of change management).
