IVRate Calc is a program to make calculating intravenous drug infusion rates easier and quicker than using a calculator. It allows you to store iv infusion solutions in a database for quick and easy access. Or, you can manually enter the infusion information and dose if you wish.Usage is simple. Either manually fill in the "mg", "ml", "weight", and "rate" fields, enter the dose then hit the "Calc" button. Alternatively, you can hit the "Drug" button to select a set of predefined values for the "mg", "ml", and "rate" fields. To add medications other than the two that come pre-programmed with the application, tap the "Drug" button to go to the list of medications.
