The Image Resizer does what it should - It resizes images according to your exact specifications. You can either give an exact size in pixels, or a percentage of the original size. You can choose to either ignore the aspect ratio of the image, or resize the heght and width accordingly.
The image's source can be either your sd card or directly from your device's camera.
The images can then be stored locally for future use and shared using emails, facebook, picasa and more.
No internet conenction is needed, as everything is being done locally on the device.
