You don't have to be in a five star restaurant to appreciate your life. You can even be appreciative for things which look so tender. For example, you can appreciate a cup of coffee, which you take after a tiring day. While driving, try to cease the moment by enjoying every passing by tree and sceneries. You can appreciate that you are reading a best novel in English literature. These are some examples to illustrate how easy is to be appreciative of things which occur in your life without realizing you their existence. When you appreciate little things in your life you are being happy in the moment. Your focus from what you don't have turn towards what you have. A sense of being grateful starts to fill your heart with happiness and satisfaction. Be the Real You There was a person who was a criminal and in him there were so many bad habits. He was a drinker, thief and a hypocrite. Think of any evilness and it was in him. One day, he went to a preacher and said, ' I want to be good person again but my problem is that I can't abandon drinking alcohol. He further said that, can I be a good person without changing my lifestyle?". Preacher replied to him, "I am not going to stop you from doing anything you are addicted to. I just advice you, to do one thing- Stop telling a lie." The evil man was astonished on the advice, 'it's so easy to stop lying'. He promised that he won't tell a lie ever again. On the next morning, he thought to rob a man but before he could do that, he thought that he will have to speak truth if he is caught. He relinquished the idea. One by one, he relinquished all the ideas, because in the end he had to speak the truth. Same is the case of being real with the people around you. When you start to be real you, then your focus will be to mend your ways and you will try to be as good as possible. Don't live on the delusion that people won't be able to know your reality if you keep on a cosmetic face and you another person inside. This will only hurt your credibility sooner or later. So, stop lying to people who matter most in your life and live a true self. It's possible that your real face won't be appreciated by some of the people but still they will appreciate your being real and an honest person.
