IncidentChanger is the mobile app for our IncidentChanger web application. Companies can use it to start recording workfloor incidents in the HSE area using their mobiles. The mobile app allows to record video, images, audio or notes and submit them to the web app with a few bits of extra information: time/date, location and priority. The web app is used to process incoming logs, fill incident forms, and create actions and publications (which are again visible in the mobile app as well).
