Instance Mail is a disposable (or throw-away) email service that lets you create an email address which you can use one time, and get rid of it when you no longer need it. You don't have to go to a separate website to check your mail, though. We forward it right to your regular inbox!

The main reason to use Instance Mail is to protect yourself against spam. Let's say you want to register on a forum or blog, but you're afraid they'll spam you (or sell your email address to spammers).
