Interval Training Timer is an application meant for interval training (classic interval training and also Tabata, HIIT, etc.) . Very useful for runners, cyclists and every sportsman who wants to improve his endurance. The application also provides a simple timer which you can use to control your rest time when you work out.

Features :

-Interval Timer (for interval training, Tabata, HIIT, etc.)

-Simple Timer (in order to control your rest time)

-Possibility to create and save custom interval training, Tabata and HIIT sessions

How to use it ?

To begin a Tabata, HIIT or simple interval training session :

-Go to the Intervals tab

-Press the Intervals button

-The default session is a 8x 30"/30" session (a good session to improve your vVO2Max)

-A Tabata session is 6 to 10 repetitions of a 20 seconds rapid interval followed by a 10 seconds rest interval

-Press the Start button

To control your rest time when you work out :

-Go to the Timer tab

-Use the dial pad to enter the desired time

-Press the Start button

To use the stopwatch :

-Go to the Stopwatch tab

-Press the Start button

-Pressing the Lap button allows you to save your lap time

-When the stopwatch is stopped, pressing the Reset button allows you to erase all the lap times you previously saved
