Michelle's love for Japanese and Korean food was endless and her dream was to spread this love. With the main aim of allowing everyone to enjoy Japanese and Korean food at affordable prices, the first outlet was set up in Marine Cove, East Coast Park, back in 2002.

After the success of the 1st outlet, the 2nd outlet JK Don Express was chosen to be in the city, targeting the working crowd. As the name suggests, the need for speed is another important aspect we focus on, besides providing scrumptious Japanese and Korean food at reasonable prices.

JK Don café was later set up in a residential area to provide a relaxing hang out place for everyone after the sun sets. It also attracts many soccer fans, where they can enjoy a mug of beer while cheering on their favorite soccer team. Parties and events can also be held there through a simple reservation. JK Don Delivery was also started to provide affordable Japanese and Korean food to offices and even for events and parties.

Currently there are 2 J.K Don resturants currently located in Singapore after the closure of East Coast Park outlet due to government renovation.
