The ‘JiveBird Service’ is a ‘JiveBird Greeting’ – a personal voice message together with a personally chosen song – delivered by phone, email or text. We believe this is a unique UK customer service.

You order your JiveBird Greeting by choosing a song for your friend (the ‘Recipient’) from our database of hit and popular songs, recording a personal voice message, making payment and scheduling the JiveBird Greeting.

At the scheduled time, the Recipient will receive a text, the ‘JiveBird Alert’, telling them they have a JiveBird Greeting. When it’s convenient, the Recipient replies YES, their phone will ring and they will hear your JiveBird Greeting. The Recipient will also be sent a JiveBird Text Link, a text with a link to download the JiveBird Greeting as well as a ‘JiveBird eCard’ with the JiveBird Greeting attached as a download.
