KZKidz™ is an easy-to-use reading app based on the classic 70′s letter learning book, “The Alphabet Kids,”created by teacher and educational designer Kathy Tompkins. Remaining faithful to the original, KZKidz guides children aged 3-7 with their reading readiness skills in a format that fosters participation and the joy of discovery through use of fantasy, association and colorful characters.

Young readers love KZKidz because the character letters are colorfully engaged in activities common to their own experiences. This familiar association promotes in them better recognition and reproduction of the letter names and sounds.

Just swipe your finger to turn the page, and find the hidden objects by touching the lowercase letters: Expertly narrated, you may also turn off the audio and read aloud with your child.

INSTRUCTIONS (http://kzkidz.com/app-instructions/)

1. To turn the page, just swipe your finger on the page, from right to left.

2. To turn the Narration to On or Off:

a) Touch 'Read to me,' and each page will be read aloud.

b) Touch 'I will read it myself,' and narration will be disabled.

N.B. Even when you select 'I will read it myself,' the hidden letter audio will still play.

3. To Reveal the Hidden Images: On pages with uppercase and lowercase letters, just tap the lowercase letter to reveal a surprise image, along with pronunciation of the letter and the sound it makes.
