If you want to work and improve your strength, the ideal is to work pyramid. Whether the bench press, the squat, the deadlift etc..
Kinfit 1RM allows you to calculate your Max from your sets usually performed. You can then schedule training in series with decreasing pyramid, for example: 95% - 90% - 85% - 80%. Most motivated will attempt a 105% failure!
The mode of operation is simple: you enter the weight you lift during a set of X reps, then you select the number of reps you do with that weight. You start the calculation and your 1RM Max corresponds to 100%. Other values are calculated from 100%, 40% to 120% of 1RM Max.
The tool is available in English and French. It supports KG and LBS.
