We have come together to create Kinfolk as our collaborative way of advocating the natural approach to entertaining that we love. Every element of Kinfolk – the features, photography, and general aesthetics – are consistent with the way we feel entertaining should be: simple, uncomplicated, and less contrived. Kinfolk is the marriage of our appreciation for art and design and our love for spending time with family and friends. As a natural extension of our print publication we present Kinfolk Magazine for the iPad. We are very excited to be able to integrate our diverse content--words, images, videos--onto one platform. In addition to all the content offered in the print version we have integrated video features into the articles. We have also added a special "outtakes" section of images that just wouldn't fit in the print version. We also have taken advantage of the iPads native functionality to enhance the viewing experience. Some page layouts allow the user to move, rotate and zoom in on images. Others offer swipable, multi-image galleries. All articles retain the classic sense of simple design you have come to love in the print version. Enjoy.
