Kioo Insights mobile helps you track your task and workflow performance, learn more about your productivity and find the best way to improve. Create the flow of your work in a minute and start measuring how much time it takes to complete your tasks. Then just look at your performance metrics and get suggestions how to increase your K-Score.

Kioo Mobile compares the expectation time you set for completing a task with the actual time you recorded and presents you with your K-Score. The closer you get to completing the task in the expected time, the higher your K-Score is, with a minimum of 0 and maximum of 100. Kioo Mobile then makes improvement suggestions on ways you can adjust your expectation times.

To use Kioo Mobile collaboratively, you can assign tasks within your workflow to your colleagues who are already using Kioo Insights. Different members of a workflow then work together towards completing it and also view their team’s K-Score. All metrics generated by a team are then also displayed in the web interface of Kioo Insights.
