KlickCast is a social app with a nautical feel that enables members to communicate through private and open channels within their defined geo-location. This app is more about where you are physically rather than who you know personally. It works by the user setting a range (distance) for who he wants to communicate with.

It is also a very helpful while you're out on the water or anywhere else you would like to save geolocation information. You can store any of your favorite or important locations to a favorites log and make notes. From the log you can view the aerial map to see where you have been in the past and even get back to the very same location using your current position to get exact bearings and distance to your spot. This could be used by fishermen to keep track of your favorite fishing holes or SCUBA divers to mark your favorite locations.

On the social side, you can share your current location or saved favorites with Mates (also using the KlickCast app).

Version 2.1 now includes Tile Notifications when KlickCast is pinned to your start page and allows you to see all of your mates on one map (within your set range).
