Aside from its role as a facilitator of Mardi Gras revelry, the Krewe of Blues delivers on two additional objectives: providing a year-around social organization for the enjoyment of its members and doing good in the community. Social events outside of Mardi Gras season have included holiday parties, a luau, KOB’s original boat regatta, Blackwater River floating and many more.
