La Capannina has proudly served the community from its original site in downtown Brampton since its creation in 1982. Cultivating a tranquil atmosphere, La Capannina echoes the European history which has served as its influence. It was the goal of original owners John Terrusi and Emilio Giuliani to provide the most authentic Italian dining experience available outside of Italy. Current owner and Executive Chef Massimo Dondi has carried on this legacy, while continuously refining the menu, décor, and spirit of what has remained a family restaurant. Our menu consists of a mixture of Northern Italian, Southern Italian, and International cuisine, with a strong classical influence. A selection of domestic and imported wines serves as a compliment and counterpart to this menu, rounding out an authentic and quality dining experience.
